The Vince and Phyllis Regan children established this scholarship to celebrate their parents’ 40th wedding anniversary in honor of their brother, Tony, in 1993. The scholarship has provided over $40,000 to many deserving St. Benedict parishioners over the 30+ years it has been awarded. We appreciate St. Benedict Parish. - The children of Vince & Phyllis Regan
